Google Chrome Earth Day

To combat the effects of manufacturing waste, Google planned to unveil the very first Chromebook made out of recycled ocean plastic. My team’s challenge was to transform Chrome’s sustainability philosophy into an impactful, immersive experience.

Aiming to engage and educate our audience on Chrome’s sustainability credentials, we produced live and virtual events held across Europe, as well as devising and constructing an AR Sustainability Calculator, and an immersive 360° video installation which gave viewers the unforgettable experience of being steeped in ocean plastic.

Using our bespoke carbon calculator built into a living wall, attendees were invited on an augmented reality journey to discover just how much carbon their companies produce, and show them how much could be saved by switching to Chrome’s new eco-friendly operating system. All our activations were, of course, created using sustainable and recycled materials.
